I invite you to help stop kidney disease in its tracks!
Dear Friends and Family,
Live KidneyWise today and help stop kidney disease tomorrow...
In November 2003, I received a kidney transplant after being diagnosed with Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD).
On March 7th, I'll join hundreds of others at the LA Walk KidneyWise to make a statement that kidney disease must end. I have set a goal to raise $2000 to support research to find treatments and a cure for PKD.
Please help me reach my goal by donating to my campaign. Click on the "Give a Gift" button on the right of this page.
Thank you so much for your support,
Joanne
About Walk KidneyWise
The time has come for us to stand up and fight chronic kidney disease (CKD)! CKD affects at least 50 million Americans. That’s 1.6 million in Los Angeles County alone facing permanent kidney failure and other serious health issues like hypertension, obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
The impact we can make together is much greater than what any of us could do alone. By making a donation today, you will be a part of a life-changing event that celebrates the families whose lives are far too tied to CKD, remembers loved ones lost to it and empowers all of us to fight back against a disease that takes too much.
KidneyWise is here to empower people to live KidneyWise today and prevent kidney disease tomorrow through education, community involvement and research.
It’s your financial support that makes this all possible. Please help me make a difference by making a donation today!
